Life During COVID-19: The Student Experience

This study’s objectives were to provide university faculty and administration examples of the challenges students face during COVID-19 give a chance process their experiences with one another. A team student researchers interdisciplinary members conducted photo-elicitation study. Participants instructed take photographs for up 10 days that helped them describe life pandemic. The subsequently interviewed about photos over video conferencing platform. We semistructured interviews 43 from April 20, 2020, May 26, 2020. Qualitative analysis interview transcripts revealed affected by pandemic at three levels: individual, interpersonal, organizational. Participant responses are call action educators prioritize safety, connection, wellness in pedagogical practices. who participated this project made clear statement learning well-being needs. Learning cannot be prioritized loss safety amid pandemic, health concerns, or social injustices.
